📋 Description

• Develop AI product functionalities that integrate engineering and machine learning.

• Create and enhance agent workflows, including tooling, retries, guardrails, and fallbacks.

• Optimize the latency, cost, and dependability of our systems.

• Monitor advancements in the AI sector (agent teams, methodologies, tools) and translate them into delivered products.

• Establish self-improving systems: frameworks that conduct experiments, learn from feedback and evaluations, and enhance the product over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have successfully delivered real systems, rather than mere demos or prototypes.

• Have experience developing software with large language models (structured outputs/function calling, tool utilization, reliability enhancements).

• Have constructed agents (multi-step processes that utilize tools, maintain states, and manage failures).

• Have implemented evaluations to monitor quality (tests, regression checks, evaluation harnesses).

• Be comfortable with rapid movement, iteration, and taking ownership of outcomes from start to finish.
