This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.
• Create content that outlines the business concept and its various projects.
• Generate content that effectively incorporates relevant keywords.
• Develop engaging content that captivates visitors, encouraging them to explore the company's website further.
• Craft content that enables site visitors to obtain the information they seek quickly and efficiently.
• Produce original, valuable, and compelling content focused primarily on the readers' needs.
• Conduct in-depth research on entrepreneurship, business management, marketing, digital transformation, business innovations, networking, workplace behaviors, and attitudes using resources such as Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and other freely accessible academic libraries.
• Gather and analyze scholarly articles to create informed content, ensuring proper citation and referencing in APA style.
• Write one essay of 300-500 words weekly for the company’s website.
• Perform proofreading and grammar checks on articles with the help of Grammarly.
• Publish articles on the website using WordPress.
• Collaborate with team members to create content marketing campaigns.
• Produce a monthly newsletter, maintain a content calendar, report outcomes, and enhance the company's image.
• Edit content generated by other team members.
• Work with various departments to develop innovative content.
• Critically assess and expand upon new and creative ideas for promoting the organization.
• Participate in general and departmental meetings.
• Current students or graduates in English Language, Literature, Communication Studies, Journalism, Business Studies, Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about research and the creation of engaging content.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at a B2 level.
• Capable of conducting academic research and performing content editing.
• Ability to produce original content (Originality).
• Skilled in writing clear, consistent, and relevant content that delivers an engaging experience for our target audience.
• Familiarity with social media, technical aspects, and search engine optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work virtually and independently.
• Proactive from the outset, taking initiative and managing uncertainty effectively.
• Team-oriented, capable of prioritizing tasks and adhering to instructions.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Documents, Sheets, and Slides.
• Positive attitude and a can-do mindset.
