Research Assistant Professor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire, manage, and analyze translational research data for the Duarte Laboratory.

• Develop and execute research projects utilizing data from the Ohio Genomic Health Program and the Helix Research Network.

• Support ongoing research initiatives within the Duarte Lab and assist in the publication of findings.

• Aid in the teaching and training of pharmacy and research trainees across all levels.

• Provide mentorship to trainees.

• Disseminate the research outcomes of the laboratory.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD in genetics, pharmaceutical sciences, another biomedical science, or a closely related field.

• Proficiency in analyzing large genomic datasets, including publicly accessible resources like the UK Biobank and All of Us.

• Background in grant writing and manuscript preparation in biomedical and/or pharmaceutical sciences (preferred).

• Experience in the clinical implementation of precision medicine (preferred).
