Research Assistant – Advanced Studies in Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Manage data collection, organization, and/or management for research initiatives in support of a Principal Investigator or research team.

• Generate both routine and ad hoc reports.

• Utilize standard tools and software applications to analyze data.

• Aid in data cleaning and prepare tables for presentation.

• Supervise basic data collection and entry tasks.

• Direct specific operations and establish processes to ensure that study activities are conducted effectively and efficiently.

• Perform literature searches to assist faculty research endeavors.

• Design and format academic papers and publications.

• Support Principal Investigators in drafting paper summaries for policy briefs or other communication channels.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Additional educational qualifications may compensate for required experience.

• Related experience may be substituted for necessary education beyond a high school diploma or its equivalent, in accordance with the JHU equivalency formula.
