Research and Program Practices Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of research, reporting, and program performance.

• Key duties involve managing annual reports and executive summaries, creating outcomes models, and analyzing clinical data to enhance program effectiveness.

• You will also spearhead the creation of RFP responses for new services and work closely with the Director of Business Analytics to establish KPIs and automate data reporting, ensuring that all program metrics are accurately recorded and documented.

• In addition to data management, this role acts as the organization’s expert on cultural competency and evidence-based practices.

• You will oversee clinical protocols, publish vital programs and training manuals, and provide direct onsite coaching at various locations, including residential and inpatient settings.

• By remaining informed about legal requirements and industry trends, you will ensure our services continue to be compliant and culturally responsive.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in behavioral science, Ph.D. preferred.

• Experience: Over 3 years of experience as a healthcare researcher.

• Prior experience in any direct care mental health role is preferred.

• License or Certification: RN, MFT, LCSW, or Ph.D. preferred.
