This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the effective deployment, operational integration, and sustained success of Skydio Dock programs at Air Force installations.
β’ Foster strong relationships with operational units, program offices, installation leadership, and stakeholders across the enterprise.
β’ Direct planning, integration, testing, training, and deployment activities to guarantee mission-ready operations and positive customer outcomes.
β’ Enhance customer adoption by eliminating obstacles, achieving operational successes, and ensuring that customers experience measurable mission and operational benefits.
β’ Act as the customer advocate, converting operational needs and field insights into actionable priorities for Product and Engineering teams.
β’ Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Support teams to fulfill customer commitments, reduce risks, and achieve outstanding results.
β’ Create scalable implementation frameworks, documentation, and best practices that facilitate widespread adoption across the Air Force enterprise.
β’ Discover opportunities to broaden mission applications, boost utilization, and promote long-term customer satisfaction and account growth.
β’ Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
β’ Availability to travel up to 40% for customer deployments, operational activities, and program implementation.
β’ Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
β’ It is highly recommended for all Skydio employees to obtain FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days of employment, and it is a requirement for specific positions.
β’ Proven experience in leading customer-facing programs, technology rollouts, or operational capability deployments within the U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, or defense technology sector.
β’ A demonstrated history of delivering intricate hardware and software solutions from the planning phase to operational adoption.
β’ Ability to establish credibility and nurture trustworthy relationships with operators, technical teams, acquisition stakeholders, and senior leadership.
β’ Strong technical proficiency with the capacity to quickly grasp new systems and tackle complex integration challenges.
β’ Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while aligning customer expectations with technical limitations and business goals.
β’ Familiarity with Air Force program offices, operational units, installation support teams, communications squadrons, cybersecurity groups, or acquisition stakeholders is highly advantageous.
β’ Experience with unmanned systems, autonomy, enterprise software, secure networks, mission systems, or other defense-related technologies is preferred.
