Research and Development Scientist III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and execute targeted experiments to support R&D initiatives in NGS, Molecular, Cytogenetics, or Biochemical Genetics platforms.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to validate and integrate tests into clinical diagnostic workflows.

• Partner with the Product Development Team to strategize and implement R&D plans.

• Support laboratory training and educational efforts for external teams.

• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Conduct clinical tests as required, following appropriate training.

• Prepare validation documents for review, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.

• Perform routine laboratory tasks as directed by the supervisor, manager, or lab director.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Ph.D. in Biological Sciences is required, along with 5+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent qualifications.

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in NGS and molecular biology techniques are essential.
