Research Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive research and analysis to enhance understanding of customer requirements and preferences.

• Gather and interpret data from a range of internal and external sources.

• Manage ongoing touchpoint surveys and feedback collection systems.

• Create clear reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

• Assist and lead primary market research initiatives as necessary.

• Ensure documentation and data integrity align with Cook Medical's quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or Statistics.

• Previous experience in a research or analytical capacity.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, Qualtrics, or other similar survey platforms.

• Experience with data visualization or statistical tools is advantageous.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A collaborative mindset with cross-cultural awareness.

• Familiarity with AI tools and data concepts, including the ability to critically assess AI outputs.
