This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
• Investigate and analyze information to identify the appropriate party for billing.
• Enter claim information into CMR's tailored software applications.
• Address inquiries from clients and potential responsible parties through email and phone communication.
• Interact with colleagues, management, and clients in a polite and professional manner.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Proficient in reviewing and entering data accurately.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of analytical thinking and processing information.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-focused.
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Capability to create an appropriate work environment at home, including having a high-speed internet connection.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office, clerical, data entry, or insurance setting is preferred.
• An active Insurance Adjuster License is highly preferred.
• Experience in establishing Property/Casualty liability is preferred.
