This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will gather, analyze, and document requirements, create use cases, and support the implementation in the system.
• You will analyze, optimize, and implement business processes, focusing on digitization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and agile organizational structures.
• You will confidently manage customer projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget are reliably met.
• You will identify new opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and actively shape our consulting portfolio.

• Education & Training: You have completed training as an insurance clerk and/or a degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration (BWL), Business Informatics, Insurance Business / Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or comparable studies focused on insurance.
• Professional Experience: You possess 3-5 years of experience as a Requirement Engineer in the insurance sector, ideally with a focus on private health insurance.
• Technical Skills: You bring knowledge in requirements engineering / requirements management (IREB) and have experience in business process management (GPM), digitization, workflow and input management, or lean management. You understand how to efficiently design and sustainably implement complex insurance processes.
• Nice-to-have Qualifications: Certifications such as IREB or other qualifications in the field of operational excellence and process management are a plus and underline your methodological expertise.
• Independence & Initiative: You work independently, organize your projects autonomously, and actively contribute your own ideas.
• Empathy & Advisory Skills: You understand the needs of our clients, provide partnership-based advice, and build trusting relationships.
• Creativity & Solution Orientation: You find innovative solutions for complex challenges and successfully implement them.
• Flexibility & Mobility: You enjoy working remotely from home (up to 100% of your working time) and are willing to travel to client locations.
• Digital Competence: You are proficient in MS Office and adept at using digital tools for project management and presentations.
