Requirements Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Analyze and clarify business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, including business architecture, process maps, wireframes, and data models.

• Ensure comprehensive specifications of User Stories are available, with all necessary background data and analysis accessible to the entire team.

• Design and define related test cases, supporting the Product Owner in creating effective acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Platform Product Owners, Technology Leaders, Business Process Managers, Enterprise Architecture, and the Data Office to maintain end-to-end consistency across system architecture, processes, and information.

• Anticipate and analyze client needs to develop effective solutions.

• Organize and prioritize the Product Backlog according to the guidance from the Product Owner.

• Own production support for one or more business applications, addressing user requests directly or triaging more complex cases to the development team.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in the corporate Wiki.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or in similar roles.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in multidisciplinary product teams.

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira or similar Agile management platforms like Azure DevOps.

• Mastery of Visio or other process mapping tools, with a solid understanding of BPMN.
