Requirements Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Convert business needs into user stories that include clearly defined acceptance criteria.

• Assist in organizing and refining the backlog in partnership with the team and leadership.

• Serve as a liaison between business and technology to ensure information alignment.

• Engage in agile ceremonies such as refinement, planning, and review.

• Develop and maintain functional documentation along with user stories.

• Aid in the validation and acceptance testing of deliverables according to specified requirements.

• Detect and report any inconsistencies or gaps in the requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.

• Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or similar frameworks.

• Experience in crafting user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

• Understanding of UML or process modeling is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of SQL is necessary.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Proficiency in prototyping tools, such as Figma.

• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) is desirable.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPRE, PSPO, CSPO) are advantageous.
