Requirements Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather and define business requirements;

• Gather and analyze user stories;

• Collaborate closely with technology and business teams;

• Oversee, categorize, eliminate, and prioritize the product backlog, assisting the product owner;

• Set objectives for sprints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or any discipline complemented by postgraduate studies in IT;

• Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques and documentation;

• Experience in requirements engineering, including the elicitation, development, and management of both functional and non-functional requirements;

• Skills in modeling, particularly with UML, BPMN, and Entity-Relationship modeling;

• Ability to specify IT projects;

• Development of process-oriented solutions;

• Business mapping and analytical skills;

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies for prototyping and data modeling.
