This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Act as legal counsel for clients in Immigration Court, participating in both Master Calendar and Individual Hearings, whether virtual or in-person, with a minimum of two appearances each week.
• Prepare clients for their testimonies by guiding them through the process and ensuring they are equipped to address procedural and factual matters during their hearings and interviews.
• Establish authentic connections with clients to build trust, providing a safe and supportive environment for those who have experienced trauma, enabling them to share their narratives and testify.
• Formulate case strategies for the hearings and interviews you manage, ensuring that each client is positioned to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Work collaboratively with legal teams to facilitate efficient case progression through established workflows while upholding quality standards.
• Utilize technology, including AI tools, to enhance preparation and maintain organization across a high volume of appearances, following structured workflows while exercising professional judgment.
• Travel nationally to represent clients at Immigration Courts and USCIS offices, planning for up to two trips of one or two nights each month.

• A demonstrated commitment to assisting immigrants in securing their future in the United States through humanitarian relief.
• Experience with or readiness to manage asylum claims and related relief, including representing clients in Immigration Court hearings and asylum interviews.
• Fluency in Spanish to facilitate effective communication with clients.
• Strong courtroom and interview advocacy skills, with the ability to prepare clients for testimony and represent them effectively under pressure.
• High level of technological proficiency and a willingness to utilize AI tools and structured workflows to enhance legal practice.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to perform at a high level without close supervision.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing deadlines, and uphold quality standards in high-stakes environments.
• Ability to excel in a mission-driven atmosphere that values excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Residence within one hour's drive of the nondetained Immigration Court(s) located in Orlando, Dallas, or Houston.
• Admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing.
