This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Planning, organizing, and executing events (both online and in-person)

• Preparing and supporting trade show appearances, industry events, and customer gatherings

• Actively participating in events (e.g., DEHOGA events) as a representative of ibelsa

• Presenting our software and serving as the primary contact for interested parties on-site

• Assisting the sales team with lead generation and follow-up

• Collaborating closely with the marketing team and contributing personal marketing ideas related to events and visibility

• Coordinating appointments, processes, and stakeholders – both internally and externally

• Following up on events (leads, feedback, lessons learned, documentation)

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in the hotel industry or hospitality environment

• Experience in event or conference management

• Initial experience in the marketing field

• Enjoyment in networking and personal interactions

• Confident demeanor and enthusiasm

• Organizational talent with a structured working style

• High willingness to travel (you will be on the move frequently)

• Ideally residing in central Germany (for optimal accessibility to event locations)

• Hands-on mentality and eagerness to drive initiatives forward

• Openness to our tech stack world surrounding ibelsa

• Team player mindset

• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
