This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Develop, uphold, and disseminate regular internal operational reports.

• Gather and examine data across various operational programs and business areas.

• Create dashboards and reporting tools to aid internal operational decision-making.

• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and on-demand reports for operational leadership teams.

• Assist operations leaders, workforce management, training, and internal support teams with their reporting needs.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all reporting outputs.

• Aggregate data from various systems into uniform reporting formats.

• Identify reporting trends, operational insights, and areas for performance improvement.

• Design automated reporting solutions to minimize manual reporting efforts when feasible.

• Keep documentation for recurring reports, report definitions, and reporting procedures.

• Aid leadership teams in recognizing reporting gaps and opportunities for process enhancement.

• Support internal business reviews and analysis of operational performance.

• 1–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, business analysis, or operational analytics.

• Preferred experience in supporting call center, customer service, contact center, or BPO environments.

• Experience in KPI-driven operational settings is preferred.

• Familiarity with workforce management, operational reporting, or business intelligence functions is preferred.
