This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for the comprehensive delivery of tailored reporting solutions while conducting business analysis to define, document, and implement both client and system requirements.
• Functions as both the project owner and business analyst, ensuring optimal client outcomes through efficient planning, requirements gathering, solution design, and execution.
• Oversee and manage projects, including timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables with guided support—from initial discovery through development, testing, and final delivery of customized reports.
• Lead the definition of requirements and solutions by identifying client needs and converting business requirements into clear, actionable specifications, user stories, and functional documents in line with development standards.
• Take charge of testing and validation, which includes defining test scenarios, executing validations, and ensuring that deliverables align with business expectations.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, facilitating all project phases including kickoff, requirements gathering, status updates, training, and final delivery while effectively managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the intermediary between clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are clearly articulated, aligned, and formally approved.
• Keep accurate and current project documentation, including system specifications, procedural updates, and Jira tickets, providing clear visibility into status, risks, and dependencies.
• Exhibit strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple projects concurrently while delivering high-quality outcomes and being responsive to client needs.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal teams through professional, effective, and solution-focused communication.
• Carry out any other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant or related experience is required.
• Experience in Credit Union/Banking operations is highly preferred.
• A college degree in a non-technical field or multi-craft skills gained through extensive on-the-job training, apprenticeship programs, or in-depth industry and job-specific technical skills obtained through a combination of formal education and practical training.
