Répartiteur/Router – 12-Mois

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assign drivers to service calls based on customer requirements, driver locations, loads, and daily circumstances.

• Enhance routing in collaboration with sites and the service department.

• Assess daily driver staffing needs.

• Distribute routes and service tickets for the current day and the next.

• Oversee route activities and confirm the completion of routes.

• Address incoming calls and emails from customer service and sales teams.

• Manage requests for pickups and deliveries of containers within the market area.

• Engage with customers while drivers are on-site to address any service delays.

• Resolve delivery and pickup issues before they escalate into service complications.

• Ensure same-day service for missed pickups by effectively managing routing and monitoring driver movements.

• Collaborate with WM drivers to troubleshoot issues on residential, commercial, and roll-off routes.

• Utilize WM proprietary software for same-day ticket routing and preparation of next-day routes.

• Travel up to 15% may be necessary for face-to-face interactions with designated sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Six months of relevant experience in a collaborative work environment.

• Proficient communication skills across multiple areas.

• Capability to multitask in a dynamic work atmosphere.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory for Quebec applicants.

• Previous dispatching experience is preferred.

• Must possess or be willing to acquire a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if necessary for air travel or access to federal properties.
