Renewals Specialist – Personal Lines Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert advice to clients.

• Proactively perform renewal reviews to achieve customer retention goals.

• Conduct outbound calls to current clients for renewal review as needed.

• Serve as a liaison with insurers, developing and nurturing relationships.

• Manage, support, and execute policy changes within our partners' portals and websites.

• Assess policies and make necessary recommendations.

• Comply with the underwriting criteria established by our broker partners.

• Organize and follow up on client documentation.

• Address incoming calls and fulfill customer service requirements.

• Provide claims advice, report claims, and follow up on claims progress.

• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• RIBO license is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the insurance field.

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and competitive.
