This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Promotes the services and solutions of Stewart Insurance through sales activities that include consultative selling, relationship-building, and outstanding, client-focused communication skills.
• Leverages a proven history of service-first sales performance to drive business development and ensure customer success.
• Adheres to established procedures and guidelines while excelling in a client-oriented, production-focused environment.
• Understands how assigned responsibilities connect with those of others on the team and how the team collaborates with related teams.
• Quickly establishes trust with prospective clients by identifying their coverage needs and risk exposures.
• Generates, oversees, and successfully closes a substantial volume of opportunities while maintaining accuracy and detail in a client-centric, production-oriented setting.
• Influences the effectiveness of the team through the quality of support provided.
• Identifies and resolves common issues; chooses solutions from established options.
• Effectively communicates moderately complex information in routine situations to the team to enhance client experiences.
• Operates under general supervision with limited flexibility to alter the approach.
• Functions as an individual contributor without supervisory responsibilities; manages personal workload.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• General Lines Agent – Property & Casualty License is necessary.
• Experience in Property & Casualty sales (personal lines preferred).
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms is essential.
• A demonstrated history of high-volume, high-quality sales performance with consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Typically requires 2+ years of relevant work experience.
