This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and evaluate tasks specific to clients using defined procedural methods.
• Manage workflow processes and instructional accounts effectively.
• Support the supervisor with departmental initiatives, including the preparation of daily reports, tracking quality and production, and compiling time audit reports.
• Facilitate training for new hires and provide on-the-job mentoring, ensuring all necessary tracking, progress, and status reports are completed.
• Collaborate with management to identify improvement opportunities in the performance of insurance specialists.
• Offer insights regarding account-related issues or personnel challenges while adhering to company policies.
• Address account and inventory inquiries from representatives and conduct research to provide accurate solutions.
• Assist with technical issues related to client systems, company systems, and payer websites, and initiate IT Help Desk tickets as required.
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner as instructed by management.
• Identify and maintain current work instructions.
• Contribute to enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive employee morale.
• Additional client-specific daily tasks will be assigned as necessary.
• Significant experience in Insurance Claims, Billing, and Insurance Follow-Up.
• Detail-oriented with a professional approach to correspondence.
• Must possess experience with Anthem BCBS.
