This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

• Oversee a substantial portfolio of renewal opportunities.

• Meet quarterly sales targets and facilitate the renewals sales process.

• Engage proactively with customers and channel partners 90–120 days prior to expiration.

• Collaborate closely with field AEs on shared accounts.

• Create urgency among partners to secure timely quotes and orders.

• Early identification of churn risk and escalate with suggested solutions.

• Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain pipeline hygiene in SFDC.

• Conduct consistent outbound activities to safeguard revenue.

• Take ownership of the complete renewals process, including maintaining an accurate forecast status in SFDC.

• Work in partnership with the account executive and channel team.

• Recognize cross-sell opportunities.

• Identify natural expansion possibilities.

• 2–5 years of experience in renewals, sales, or account management (SaaS preferred).

• Ability to manage a high-volume book of business across: Commercial, Midmarket, and Enterprise.

• Proven experience in selling through and with channel partners, along with the capability to excel in a team selling environment.

• Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM tools.

• Bilingual in German and English.
