This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take charge of the Renewal Lifecycle: Engage in negotiations and finalize renewals by interacting with key decision-makers and end-users, fostering positive relationships with both customers and internal teams.
• Propel Account Growth: Prioritize client retention and revenue growth within your designated portfolio.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and customer success teams to uncover opportunities for renewal and expansion within our current customer base.
• Support Strategic Initiatives: Work alongside cross-functional teams to create and execute customer retention and expansion strategies.
• Enhance the Customer Journey: Examine renewal data and customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement in the renewal process and overall customer experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in sales, contract renewals, or customer success.
• Proven success in managing the renewals process, with a strong track record of achieving high renewal rates and maintaining revenue.
• Deep understanding of the key factors that contribute to business success across various industry sectors.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Established capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to reach common objectives.
• Strong verbal and written communication proficiency.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to guide strategy and decision-making.
• Cultivating a diverse, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
