This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and lead the renewals process in partnership with the account team to enhance customer contracts and relationships.
• Proactively engage with key decision-makers to ascertain customer needs and identify obstacles to ensure timely commitments.
• Maintain and provide accurate reporting of a rolling 90-day forecast for renewals within your territory.
• Negotiate and finalize renewal contracts that align with both customer and Flexera objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities during contract renewals to maximize customer growth.
• Develop strategies for renewal engagement to optimize revenue retention.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management, ideally in an Enterprise SaaS setting.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technologies.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting personal and team objectives.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Capability to strategically grow business, including the creation of new processes and initiatives.
