This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design and create components for a graphics engine tailored for PC and consoles.
• Implement and enhance rendering systems at both high and low levels.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable C++ code.
• Influence technical decisions and contribute to the rendering architecture.
• Engage in the entire game development process — from initial prototyping to final release.
• Work closely with engineers, artists, game designers, and quality assurance teams.
• Provide mentorship and support to fellow engineers as required.
• Strong comprehension of the rendering pipeline.
• Solid proficiency in C++ programming.
• Hands-on experience with contemporary graphics APIs such as Direct3D 12 and Vulkan.
• Good grasp of mathematical concepts including linear algebra and vector math.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with large codebases (2+ years).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Nice to have:
• Understanding of modern GPU architectures.
• Experience with Unreal Engine.
• Experience in console development.
• Experience with real-time ray tracing.
