This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Lead B2B Sales by managing the entire sales process for used vehicles through B2B channels, with a strong emphasis on enhancing volume, profit margins, and market presence.

• Dealer Channel Management: Discover new business prospects, onboard new dealer partners, and reinforce existing relationships to foster sustainable growth.

• Relationship Building & Account Management: Act as the primary liaison for dealership buyers, cultivating trust-based relationships through regular communication, dependable service, and a thorough understanding of client requirements.

• Strategic Pricing Alignment: Keep an eye on local market dynamics and competitor pricing to ensure our vehicle pricing stays competitive and aligns with the larger objectives of the company.

• Problem Solving & Operational Excellence: Actively identify and resolve challenges within the remarketing process, ranging from inventory management to buyer inquiries.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a dynamic B2B sales environment, possessing strong influencing and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in analyzing market trends and leveraging data to develop pricing and sales strategies.

• Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach and the capacity to work independently.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Knowledge of vehicle valuation, reconditioning, and inventory management is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel at least 30% within the designated territory and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
