This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver both frontline and specialized application support for imaging-related issues pertaining to doctors and the associated imaging ecosystem.
• Duties encompass incident triage, user empowerment, basic configuration adjustments, troubleshooting workflows, and collaboration with administrators, radiology personnel, networking/storage teams, and vendors to ensure optimal service availability and prompt result delivery.
• Strong comprehension of desktop technical support requirements.
• Provide exceptional "white glove" support: ensuring service restoration, account provisioning, role and permission management, worklist resolution, and application troubleshooting.
• Capability to monitor interface queues and rectify common mapping and format discrepancies with assistance.
• Proficient in troubleshooting across various endpoints (modality, workstation, viewer), networks, and storage; including reading logs and DICOM traces.
• Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM systems, incident and problem management, along with effective communication with stakeholders.
• Understanding of PHI management, access control measures, and audit trail practices (HIPAA/security awareness).
• Competence in creating user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and delivering end-user training and go-live support.
• Practical experience in providing support, addressing user concerns, configuration issues, and workflow troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 5 years in support-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology.
• Skills in problem identification and resolution.
• Proficient in advanced English, both written and verbal.
• Advanced computer proficiency.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Advanced typing skills, with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.
• Experience in radiology is preferred.
