This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist healthcare professionals (HCPs) in finding suitable apartments, including performing detailed walk-throughs to confirm readiness.
• Aid in the lease signing process and guide HCPs through the terms of the lease.
• Coordinate the setup of utilities such as electricity, water, and internet services.
• Provide assistance with grocery shopping and acquiring household furniture.
• Lift, carry, load, and assemble furniture as necessary.
• Help HCPs with the acquisition of vehicles.
• Accompany them to dealerships and offer guidance throughout the selection and purchasing process.
• Organize and lead neighborhood tours to help HCPs become familiar with important locations.
• Offer an overview of commuting routes and available parking options.
• Act as a resource for HCPs by answering inquiries and providing support to facilitate their adjustment to everyday life in the United States.
• A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service setting.
• High proficiency with online scheduling tools (such as Google Calendar, etc.).
• Physical capability to frequently lift and/or move heavy furniture regularly and operate moving equipment.
• Strong navigation skills or the ability to effectively use GPS.
• Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
