This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Facilitate ART events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and ART Sync to drive ART Execution & Flow.
β’ Take ownership of optimizing the flow of value throughout the ART, monitoring key metrics like predictability, throughput, and lead time.
β’ Identify and escalate cross-team impediments and dependencies, driving their resolution.
β’ Collaborate within the PM / SA / RTE triad to align delivery priorities with overarching business objectives.
β’ Coach Team Leads, Product Owners, and teams on SAFe practices to enable teams and foster continuous improvement.
β’ Transform retrospective outcomes into actionable enhancements, ensuring follow-through beyond mere facilitation.
β’ Assist teams in maintaining backlog health, executing sprints, and achieving a sustainable delivery cadence.
β’ Define and uphold ART-level performance metrics, ensuring visibility for stakeholders.
β’ Ensure transparency for leadership regarding ART progress, risks, and trade-offs.
β’ Coordinate with other ARTs and stakeholders across the VW Group where dependencies are present.
β’ Provide data-backed insights during budget and capacity discussions using ART metrics.
β’ Propel the Lean-Agile cultural transformation within the ART, advocating for a growth mindset and shared responsibility for delivering value.
β’ Minimum of 5 years experience in Agile environments, with at least 2 years in an RTE, Agile Program Lead, or similar ART-level coordination position.
β’ Strong practical experience with SAFe at the ART level; familiar with PI Planning, program-level ceremonies, and ART metrics.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies across teams and eliminate impediments on a large scale.
β’ Proficient in communicating delivery status, risks, and trade-offs to both technical teams and senior management.
β’ Data-driven approach: utilizes metrics for diagnosing issues and assessing improvements, rather than solely for reporting purposes.
β’ Proficient in both German and English.
