This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for managing high-level relationships with one or more key clients that are vital to the Dark Matter Technologies division.
• Acts as the main management point of contact and client liaison, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining effective communication, and overseeing the client relationship.
• Recognizes opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Engages with clients at an executive level, emphasizing the strategic aspects of the relationship.
• Works to nurture and expand the client relationship while providing ongoing customer service.
• Drives the sales initiatives for additional revenue opportunities and contract renewals.
• Spots new business prospects and collaborates with the relevant sales team for opportunities related to new Dark Matter products or services.
• Coordinates with delivery teams to guarantee the provision of consistent and effective services, ensuring project completion within budget and in line with contract specifications.
• May oversee personnel who assist in managing the client relationship.
• A Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, training, or work experience.
• A Master's Degree is preferred.
• Requires over 10 years of experience in relationship management.
• Requires at least 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Familiarity with Dark Matter products, services, and capabilities.
• Experience in the mortgage industry.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and/or the sales of technology products and services.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Shows a high level of initiative and analytical skills to address and resolve complex issues with minimal negative impact on the enterprise and the client.
• Capable of leading by example and inspiring professional-level staff.
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities, decision-making skills, and sound business judgment.
