This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Support clients and their employees with a range of benefit inquiries
• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Operate under the supervision of the Account Manager
• Organize client events such as health fairs and wellness meetings
• Prepare annual benchmark reports and employee survey documents
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
• Prior experience in insurance or employee benefits is preferred
• A valid California Life and Health license is required within 90 days
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities
• Effective in building relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Detail-oriented in approach to tasks
• Capable of managing a high workload efficiently
