This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee a substantial portfolio of long-tail customer accounts utilizing a scaled engagement model.
• Implement proactive outreach initiatives, such as newsletters, in-product messaging, and lifecycle email campaigns.
• Guarantee that customers have access to pertinent technical and educational resources that correspond with onboarding, training, adoption milestones, and renewal schedules.
• Maintain complete accountability for the accuracy of CRM data, ensuring that account status, contacts, and health indicators are consistently updated.
• Track product usage, engagement signals, and health indicators to pinpoint potential opportunities for expansion or upselling.
• Direct qualified leads to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) or leadership through established workflows and tools.
• Provide necessary documentation and account insights to support larger renewals or commercial conversations.
• 3-6 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Detail-oriented and inquisitive about the workings of SaaS products.
• Capability to manage a portfolio of long-tail customer accounts effectively.
• Strong proactive communication skills for outreach initiatives.
• Familiarity with CRM data management practices.
