Relationship Fundraising Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing the fundraising strategy within communities to enhance income and support for Action for Children.

• Manage relationships with supporters in London and South East England, including sports participants, fundraising groups, community corporate partners, DIY fundraisers, and Methodists.

• Facilitate fundraising campaigns and initiatives throughout London and South East England in accordance with the relationship fundraising strategy.

• Aid in the stewardship of local volunteer fundraising groups, organizations, clubs, and businesses.

• Oversee the administrative setup and support for Action Squads, which are volunteer-led fundraising groups.

• Participate in challenge events and provide assistance to sports participants' fundraising efforts across the UK.

• Exhibit accountability to supporters and volunteers through a transparent, honest, and consistent approach.

• Contribute to achieving both financial and non-financial targets and local objectives.

• Experience in executing successful fundraising activities to drive income growth.

• Demonstrated ability to network and cultivate as well as maintain relationships.

• Strong interpersonal skills with senior external and internal stakeholders, donors, and volunteers.

• Capability to navigate challenging and demanding situations to successfully deliver events and fundraising activities.

• Proficient in managing volunteer teams towards specific financial targets when applicable.

• Skilled in using Microsoft 365 Suite.

• Required to have DBS Basic vetting level.
