Relationship Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Personally identify, onboard, and expand relationships with high-priority Fanatics Markets customers

• Acquire customers through direct outreach, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns

• Engage in high-volume outbound communication via text, phone, and messaging platforms

• Establish trust and convert leads into active customers

• Directly onboard customers and inform them about market mechanics, event opportunities, and platform features

• Maintain regular, personalized communication with the customer portfolio

• Collaborate with payments, customer support, operations, and other internal teams

• Foster engagement before, during, and after major events

• Reactivate inactive customers and strengthen relationships with key users

• Anticipate customer needs and proactively resolve issues

• Represent Fanatics Markets during customer interactions, events, and industry engagements

• Provide internal teams with customer feedback regarding product gaps, friction points, and opportunities

• Develop and manage a growing portfolio of highly engaged priority customers

• Contribute to the growth and enhancement of the Fanatics Markets program and overall customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, hospitality, relationship management, or customer success with direct accountability for performance

• Proven track record of quickly establishing relationships and influencing customer behavior through direct communication

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and frequent customer engagement

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in informal, one-on-one contexts

• Highly organized, dependable, and accountable, with strong follow-through

• Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments with minimal structure

• Experience in sports, trading, fintech, crypto, marketplaces, or similar consumer platforms is a significant plus

• Demonstrated interest in or a strong desire to learn about prediction markets and trading dynamics is highly advantageous

• Willingness to work flexible hours surrounding major events is a significant advantage

• Base salary ranging from $90,000–$110,000 USD
