Relationship Consultant – Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to both prospects and clients by leading Pre-Sales discussions, presentations, and solution development focused on nCino’s offerings.

• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover solutions for significant business challenges and communicate the strategic advantages of the nCino platform.

• Facilitate comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations, addressing functional capability inquiries and highlighting the value of the solutions.

• Provide subject matter expertise in credit, lending, banking, and financial services during client interactions.

• Customize the nCino solution to align with prospect-specific user stories and technical specifications, adjusting demonstrations to showcase distinct value.

• Collaborate with colleagues in Pre-Sales, Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive prospect experience.

• Oversee intricate Pre-Sales engagements throughout the DACH region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in banking or financial services, ideally combined with experience in Fintech Pre-Sales or consulting.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with prospects and clients while navigating complex, cross-functional stakeholder environments.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities for large audiences and senior stakeholders.

• Capacity to respond rapidly to complex situations, adapt to changing scenarios, and excel in a client-facing environment.

• Proficiency in both German and English, in both written and spoken forms.

• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as necessary, up to 60% of the time.

• Practical experience with Loan Origination platforms or workflows is a plus.

• Familiarity with credit risk management or regulatory requirements within the banking industry is advantageous.

• Experience using or configuring Salesforce is beneficial.
