Relationship Analyst, Major Agribusiness Clients

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Provide active support to the MAC Account Manager(s) in delivering prompt and efficient responses to the needs of both new and existing clients.

• Foster a collaborative culture by engaging in constructive communication with MAC Account Managers and MAC Credit Analysts during deal planning to fulfill client expectations.

• Take an active role in preparing all loan applications.

• Interpret and carry out branch prudential management tasks, conduct moderately complex CDD risk analysis in AML/CTF, KYC, and other related operational duties.

• Leverage suitable workflow tools and processes to give key stakeholders clear visibility into workload and capacity.

• Work in conjunction with MAC Account Managers and MAC Credit Analysts on client reviews according to Bank policy and procedures.

• Monitor loan arrears and accounts in excess, coordinating with MAC Manager(s) and taking necessary actions as guided from both commercial and prudential perspectives.

• Ensure adherence to the Bank’s policies and procedures at all times, including Audit, Credit, Compliance, and Business Continuity.

• Participate in farm visits alongside the Account Manager in coordination with the Branch Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role or within the banking, finance, or agriculture sectors is preferred.

• Experience in a customer service environment.

• Strong understanding of client structures is essential.

• Ability to interpret and perform branch prudential management tasks along with other associated operational responsibilities.

• Capacity to build and sustain strong relationships with key internal and external clients.
