Relationship Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver proactive and inbound assistance to students via digital channels, ensuring high standards of quality, empathy, and prompt resolution.

• Offer support to students enrolled in international courses, providing guidance and continuous follow-up throughout their academic experience.

• Develop, update, and oversee operational reports for key service areas.

• Evaluate performance indicators and recommend actions for process enhancements.

• Aid management in decision-making by preparing analyses and management reports.

• Oversee and manage internship agreement documentation, ensuring compliance, organization, and timely adherence to deadlines.

• Work collaboratively with internal departments such as Academic, Operations, International, and Legal to address requests.

• Detect attrition risks and formulate strategies aimed at student retention.

• Document and maintain all interactions and information within CRM systems and internal platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or in-progress Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Experience in data analysis and working with performance indicators.

• Familiarity with CRM and customer service systems.

• Understanding of administrative procedures and document management.
