Regulatory Medical Claims Consultant – Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the assessment and validation of scientific and clinical claims pertaining to medical aesthetics products.

• Execute a systematic evaluation of clinical literature, real-world evidence, and consensus publications.

• Identify and assess relevant global and APAC-specific data that supports product claims.

• Ensure all claims are scientifically valid, properly substantiated, and compliant with regulatory standards.

• Establish and implement a framework for claims governance and an evidence grading system.

• Classify claims according to the strength of evidence (high / moderate / exploratory).

• Determine the suitable usage of claims in materials intended for healthcare professionals and consumers.

• Guarantee that all claims align with the internal Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) processes.

• Identify deficiencies in clinical evidence and propose strategies for future substantiation.

• Create and manage a structured claims matrix along with an accompanying reference library.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Medical Information, or MLR (Medical-Legal Review).

• Demonstrated experience in reviewing or approving promotional or scientific claims in a regulated setting.

• Strong comprehension of clinical literature, evidence assessment, and scientific interpretation.

• Background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, dermatology, or medical aesthetics is preferred.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and evidence grading methodologies.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Marketing).

• Exceptional analytical thinking and structured decision-making skills.
