Regulatory Consulting Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop plan documentation, amendments, resolutions, policies and procedures, Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), and Summary Management Materials (SMMs) for the Defined Contributions (DC) team.

• Prepare specific IRS and DOL filings along with necessary corrections.

• Provide research and consulting assistance on regulatory, legislative, and compliance matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the industry with a specialization in retirement plan documents and a solid understanding of 401(k) plans.

• Preferred qualification: ERISA Paralegal.

• Familiarity with FIS Relius documents is advantageous.

• QKC certification is preferred.

• Demonstrates teamwork capabilities and takes responsibility for individual work outcomes.

• Competent in using computers and general office equipment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capable of adapting effectively to change.

• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
