Regulatory Business Analyst – Regulatory Technology, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect and interpret business requirements

• Assist with system improvements and integrations

• Facilitate user acceptance testing and manage change activities

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders

• Aid in the design, enhancement, and continuous optimization of Veeva Vault RIM

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

• Over 5 years of experience in regulatory operations, regulatory technology, or business analysis

• Demonstrated expertise with Veeva Vault RIM

• Familiarity with regulatory data standards (e.g., IDMP/PMS)

• Experience with system integrations within the Veeva ecosystem

• Practical experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and translating into system enhancements

• Background in supporting validation processes, including UAT coordination

• Experience in developing training materials, SOPs, and user documentation

• Knowledge of eCTD publishing solutions
