This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Perform thorough analyses of accounts and content.
• Manage multiple high-volume tasks concerning identity verification and policy enforcement.
• Assess documentation and video materials to identify potential fraud and cases of identity impersonation.
• Engage with end users to confirm documentation and validate accounts.
• Implement DMCA and copyright regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to detect and eliminate high-risk content and users.
• Examine content and profiles flagged by the community and take necessary actions.
• Work alongside team members and management to enhance processes continuously.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing position, ideally within an e-commerce setting.
• Strong interest in regulatory and compliance matters pertaining to user-generated content platforms.
• Open-minded, resilient, and inquisitive; comfortable investigating abusive content and online misconduct.
• Ability to adapt to new workflows and policy changes in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.
• Capable of taking a comprehensive approach to risk assessment and rule enforcement, factoring in various elements.
• Familiarity with best practices in policy enforcement; able to utilize documentation and precedents for decision-making.
• Proven ability to investigate, moderate, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and the capacity to make prompt, informed decisions.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable with technology; capable of navigating and learning new systems and platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends; regular shifts assigned based on seniority.
• Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
• 4-day work week (work 32 hours and receive pay for 40 hours).
