This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Accountable for executing and overseeing the lifecycle management of records and data, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of information.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing complex issues and user inquiries (from both internal and external clients) related to registrations.
• Process daily client movements received via email and/or system, adhering to contractual obligations, established procedures and policies, while ensuring SLA deadlines are met.
• Validate documentation and supporting materials prior to data entry to guarantee accuracy.
• Changes and Maintenance - Handle requests for modifying and updating existing data.
• Extend benefits to former employees and retirees.
• Monitor and rectify any inconsistencies found in records.
• Input additional and detailed information into the designated system fields.
• Analyze and modify information derived from "registration reconciliation" and "billing reconciliations."
• Ensure that all registration and maintenance tasks adhere to the general conditions and regulations set by carriers/insurers.
• Assist in the development and revision of the department's procedural manuals.
• Offer support to clients and internal teams regarding data and registration-related inquiries.
• Tasked with managing deadlines, volumes, and the quality of the department’s operations; address critical issues, foster positive team dynamics, and maintain clear and transparent communication with the team.
• Prepare the operational book for clients and verify information in Looker indicators.
• Participate in meetings with the relationship team to present the operational book.
• Connect with clients and carriers to resolve issues.
• Assist leadership in implementing enhancements and automation processes.
• Provide training and mentorship to Analysts I and II.
• High school diploma.
• Experience with registration activities (additions, removals, etc.).
• Familiarity with the EB system is considered advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (sheets, presentations, forms, and documents).
• Skilled in data handling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
