This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls, addressing requests for forms, general inquiries, outstanding new account paperwork, status requests, and telephone transactions.
• Investigate and resolve moderately complex client issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Oversee client accounts for necessary actions and address situations as required.
• Accurately and comprehensively document all client interactions.
• Recognize and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to communication and processing protocols, guidelines, and policies.
• Offer timely, professional, and compliant solutions.
• Take ownership of providing value to customers.
• Collaborate with others to meet both individual and team objectives.
• Utilize various systems to fulfill client requests and determine the appropriate system.
• Achieve individual and team service-level expectations.
• Refer complex issues to higher-level staff when necessary.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills for extensive client interaction.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills for prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to adapt swiftly to changes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of brokerage accounts and investments.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and focused on customer satisfaction.
• Problem-solving capabilities to address routine inquiries and issues.
• Proficiency in following standard procedures and written instructions.
• Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, 65, or 66 is preferred for roles supporting the retirement business.
• Experience in financial/brokerage sales and service is preferred.
• Customer service experience within the financial/brokerage sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with the sales process is preferred.
• Experience with IRA products is preferred.
