This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations of a remote team of RNs and LPNs tasked with reviewing and addressing real-time patient alerts within remote monitoring workflows.
• Assess queue performance, alert resolution times, throughput, billable activities, and staffing coverage to ensure that operational goals and clinical service levels are consistently achieved.
• Perform clinical audits and chart reviews to assess triage quality, the accuracy of documentation, appropriateness of escalations, and adherence to guideline-directed care protocols.
• Offer structured coaching, immediate feedback, and formal performance management to enhance clinical judgment and productivity in a dynamic, metric-driven setting.
• Collaborate with RN Managers and clinical leadership on escalation pathways, staffing models, workflow enhancements, and ongoing clinical education initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding efforts by assessing candidates for their readiness in triage, clinical decision-making, communication abilities, and operational compatibility within a queue-based care setting.
• Directly contribute to patient care as necessary, aiding in alert management workflows and ensuring continuity of care during periods of high demand or staffing shortages.
• Active, unrestricted compact RN license is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Registered Nurse in triage, acute care, ICU, urgent care, remote patient monitoring, or chronic disease management settings.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience leading nurses in high-volume, queue-based, triage, or remote care delivery environments.
• Proven experience in evaluating clinical quality, triage decision-making, escalation appropriateness, and documentation accuracy in alert-driven workflows.
• Strong operational management background with performance metrics including alert volume, throughput, call handling time, staffing coverage, and productivity targets.
• Preferred experience in managing remote teams, which includes scheduling, PTO coordination, staffing coverage, and performance management within continuous operations environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in leading team meetings, conducting one-on-ones, and collaborating cross-functionally with clinical leadership.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted clinical tools (such as Gemini, Open Evidence, or similar platforms).
