Registered Nurse – Private Duty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide personalized, patient-centered care in private residences or hotel recovery environments.

• Offer post-operative assistance, which includes monitoring and wound care.

• Oversee long-term private duty assignments in prestigious households.

• Assist hospice and palliative care patients with their needs.

• Help patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

• Manage medication, including reminders, administration, and monitoring for safety and effectiveness.

• Perform skilled nursing home visits and conduct clinical assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active California RN License.

• Current BLS Certification (ACLS preferred).

• Reliable means of transportation.

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills in urgent situations.

• Punctual, professional, and trustworthy demeanor.

• Exceptional communication skills and bedside manner.

• Three professional references required.

• Proof of Malpractice Insurance needed.

• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
