This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take the initiative to contact and follow up with patients, guiding them throughout the Prenuvo experience.
• Perform pre-scan evaluations and address patient inquiries with compassion and clarity.
• Assist patients in understanding what to anticipate, how to prepare, and what their subsequent steps may include.
• Provide clinical insights and emotional support as necessary, referring to Nurse Practitioners or Medical Doctors when appropriate.
• Collaborate across various functions, including operations, product, clinical, and support teams, to identify patient needs and pain points.
• Contribute to enhancements in internal processes by sharing observations and recognizing workflow inefficiencies.
• Engage in quality improvement projects, knowledge exchange, and feedback mechanisms.
• Keep precise and timely records of all patient interactions.
• Comply with privacy regulations and clinical protocols.
• Work in conjunction with other medical group members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Valid compact state RN license.
• Available for full-time hours during regular business operations.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in ambulatory care, radiology, oncology, or concierge environments.
• A minimum of 2 years of remote nursing experience in addition to the aforementioned clinical experience.
• Certifications in nursing related to radiology and/or oncology.
• Strong expertise in patient communication, education, and relationship-building via phone and video.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within healthcare or digital health teams.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced startup setting—comfortable with uncertainty, changes, and iterative processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism.
• Proficient in using clinical software, telehealth platforms, and productivity tools.
• Proven systems thinking and a willingness to engage in continuous improvement efforts.
