This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ This role involves overseeing medical management and health education initiatives for clients enrolled in government health care programs.

β€’ Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and supplying data for compliance reports.

β€’ The individual in this position will serve as the company's representative to members.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with 3 years of direct clinical experience with consumers in a healthcare environment, or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), which necessitates 2 years of clinical experience to qualify for their LPC or LMSW license.

β€’ Must possess a current, valid, and unrestricted license in the state of employment (or obtain reciprocity). For compact license holders relocating permanently to the state of operations, active, unrestricted RN licensure must be acquired within 90 days of employment.

β€’ Additionally, 3 years of experience in wellness or managed care is required, specifically in presenting clinical concerns to members and physicians.

β€’ Familiarity with the health and wellness marketplace as well as trends among employers is essential.

β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, including the ability to discuss medical needs with members and collaborate with internal staff, management, external vendors, and community resources.

β€’ Experience in analytical tasks, particularly involving medical data analysis, is required.

β€’ Proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as database management and web-based applications.

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is mandatory.

β€’ Experience in patient education is essential.

β€’ Familiarity with Condition Management is required.

β€’ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

β€’ Experience in Transition of Care is advantageous.

β€’ Background in managing complex or catastrophic cases is a plus.

β€’ Certification in Case Management, Training, Project Management, or another nationally recognized health care credential is required.
