Registered Nurse, Ambulatory – Population Health, PRN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Delivers and organizes nursing care in a non-acute ambulatory, medical office, or urgent care environment.

• Provides direct nursing services in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Evaluates patients' needs and utilizes current knowledge in ambulatory care nursing.

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments as required.

• Coordinates and accurately documents patient care with expertise and skill.

• Relays pertinent information regarding patient conditions or concerns effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

• Must possess a valid RN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State or be licensed to practice as an RN in the state where the team member is employed.
