Registered Nurse – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop advanced nursing tasks rooted in realistic patient-care scenarios.

• Formulate exemplary solutions encompassing assessment, prioritization, interventions, and care coordination.

• Create clinical scenarios that include triage, patient monitoring, nursing assessments, and variations in patient condition.

• Generate and evaluate nursing care plans, SOAP notes, discharge instructions, SBAR handoffs, and clinical summaries.

• Assess AI-generated nursing outputs for precision, thoroughness, safety, and real-world applicability.

• Analyze vital signs, laboratory results, symptoms, and patient history to determine suitable nursing actions.

• Consistently apply established evaluation rubrics and grading criteria.

• Examine patient charts and nursing interventions for consistency with evidence-based clinical protocols.

• Integrate feedback for calibration and adjust task designs as necessary.

• Ensure uniform quality across assigned tasks and project milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 3–8 years of hands-on bedside or clinical nursing experience.

• Active engagement in clinical practice within the past 3 years.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the jurisdiction where the candidate practices.

• Practical understanding of the nursing process: Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.

• Experience in patient triage, recognizing clinical deterioration, and monitoring patients.

• Proven ability in creating nursing documentation such as care plans, SOAP notes, discharge instructions, or SBAR handoffs.

• Skill in interpreting vital signs, laboratory results, and clinical symptoms to prioritize patient interventions effectively.

• Short-term contractor position lasting 9 weeks.

• Availability for at least 4 hours daily, with a maximum of 40 hours weekly, including 4 hours overlapping with PST.
