This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging virtual sessions grounded in motivational interviewing, neuroplasticity, and behavior change science.

• Foster authentic client relationships that facilitate lasting, transformative change.

• Provide coaching across the four wellness pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress, while integrating them into your client’s mindset.

• Convert clinical expertise into tangible breakthroughs for clients’ energy, metabolism, and overall well-being.

• Effectively manage your flexible schedule and session objectives in a dynamic, supportive remote setting.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with HIPAA-compliant standards.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team that is invested in your success and continuous development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Registered Dietitian with active credentials (multi-state licensing is a plus) (if you are currently taking your CDR Exam, the offer will be honored until you obtain your credentials).

• Experienced or internship-trained, with a strong passion for client-focused, transformative care.

• Proficient in (or eager to learn) motivational interviewing, a mindset-first approach, and lifestyle coaching.

• A natural relationship-builder who excels in a virtual environment and values deep connections with clients and team members.

• Organized, adaptable, and driven to grow both professionally and personally.
